This class uses fundamental hand building techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab building to create functional pieces that can be used in your life and home! Pieces will be decorated using slip, underglaze, and glaze.
Students can expect to take home 4-6 pieces in a 6-week class. All materials and use of studio tools are included. Please provide your own apron or towel. For extra practice, student drop-ins are available on Saturday mornings for $25.
Skill level: This class is appropriate for all levels; you could be new to clay, or more experienced.
Cancellation policy:
We require at least 7 days’ notice via email before the first session to cancel or to transfer to another class. After this point, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling are available. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. However, if you choose a credit instead of a refund, this fee is waived. Please note that by registering, you accept the risk that you may be ill or injured on the day of your class. As a small business, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling for last-minute illness or injury.
