Cancellation policy:
Claymates requires 7 days notice before the first class to cancel or reschedule classes. Notice must be given via email. After this point, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are not possible. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of time frame. If you choose a credit rather than a refund, the administration fee is waived.
Cancellations for private lessons:
Please give 3 days notice to reschedule a class once your series has begun. Within 3 days, classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please be aware that this policy is applicable to cases of illness and injury.
