This class builds on fundamental wheel throwing techniques. What each student learns will depend on their skill level entering the class. Students may focus on refining their cylinder and mug skills, or move on to bottles and vases, plates, and multi-component forms.
Students can expect to take home 4-6 pieces in a 6-week class. All materials and use of studio tools are included. Please provide your own apron or towel. For extra practice, student drop-ins are available on Saturday mornings for $25.
Skill level: This class is designed for folks who can already throw a small cylinder on their own. We expect a variety of skill levels in this class.
Cancellation policy:
We require 7 days notice to cancel any class or event. Notice must be given via email. After this point, refunds, credits, and rescheduling are not possible. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of time frame. If you choose a credit rather than a refund, the admin fee is waived.
Cancellations due to illness or injury:

While we understand that illness and injury are outside of your control, they are also outside of ours. We are a small business, and we are not able to give refunds or reschedule due to last-minute illness or injury. If you are sick, please do not attend your class. For clay dates, you are welcome to send friends in your place.
Missing classes in a series:
