Come try the potter's wheel with your sweetheart, your pal, or your mom! This workshop is an introduction to wheel throwing. You will learn the first steps of throwing a cylinder, which is the foundation of all forms made on the wheel. Each participant will make a small bowl, plate, or cup.

Each ticket is for 2 people. We only need one person's information to secure your pair of tickets.

There are 8-10 participants in each clay date. All materials are included, and your clay creation will be finished, glazed, and fired by Claymates staff. Finished pieces will be available for pickup 6 weeks after your date night.

Cancellation policy:
We require at least 7 days’ notice via email before your Clay Date to cancel or to transfer to another class. After this point, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling are available. A $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. However, if you choose a credit instead of a refund, this fee is waived. Please note that by registering, you accept the risk that you may be ill or injured on the day of your class. As a small business, we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling for last-minute illness or injury. If you can’t make it, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

To use a gift card or credit, please log in first, as the credit is attached to your customer account. Please note that accidental or duplicate purchases are subject to a 5% administration fee, as we do not get the processing fees back on refunds.
